In the past year, we connected over 8,600 students to career explorations events including MiCareerQuest and Construction Career Pathways. Our mental health in the workplace event, Building Minds, connected 23 employers with 11 community resource providers. We inspired women to join the construction field through Women in Construction Week and recognized 7 women in our blog series.
